    CAMPING at LODGE FEST

    HOW TO SECURE YOUR CAMPING PASS:

    Camping Passes are purchased upon arrival at the gate. Cash or credit card accepted.

    Please DO NOT call the Lodge to reserve a pass ahead of the festival.

    The gate opens at 1pm Saturday Aug 22nd, no early birds.

    Camping spots are claimed in order of arrival, (first come, first serve).

    Camping Policies:

    1. Quiet Hours are 10pm-6:30am
    2. No generators due to extreme fire danger
    3. Please practice LEAVE NO TRACE at Lodge Fest
    4. Please use designated garbage receptacles or pack it out
    5. Leave the Lodge property nicer than how you found it
    6. Remember, “if it didn’t grow there, it doesn’t go there”. Thank you!

    STANDARD CAMPING PASS

    This pass is a budget-friendly option for walk-in tent sites, vehicle with a single tent, or small camper vans without accompanying tents at Lodge Fest.

    Dimensions: approximately 15’x30′

    The WALK-IN tent sites are located:

    1. At the Ski Lift Tent Village at the base of the Lookout Cabin at the top of the hill, south of the main event area (see event map)
    2. dispersed walk-in sites within the trees around the Lodge property (outside the main event area of music, activities, and vending); first come/first serve for flat spots

    Directions for WALK-IN Tent Site Standard Camping Pass holders:

    1. Pull vehicle into loading/unloading zone
    2. Promptly unload gear to claim camp site
    3. Move vehicle to parking area on slope behind/North of the Main Lodge
    4. Set up camping area after vehicle has been moved

    The SINGLE TENT with accompanying vehicle OR small camper van sites are located:

    Along the north side of the Tent Village in the upper field in the northwest corner of the Lodge property, just a short walk to the festivities (see event map)

    Directions for SINGLE TENT or Small Camper Van Standard Camping Pass holders:

    1. Pull vehicle into Standard Tent Site along north side of the upper field
    2. Face all vehicles towards the exit road
    3. Keep road access clear at all times

    Pass includes access to portable restrooms and the potable water spigot outside the Lodge

    1 Vehicle/ 1 Tent = $40

    For flush toilets/shower access, see DELUXE Add-on below.

    Larger setups with additional tents require the Premier Camping Pass (see below).

      PREMIER CAMPING PASS

      This pass offers extra space for RVs, Pull-Behind Campers, and larger groups with more than one tent.

      Dimensions: approximately 30’x30′

      The GROUP Sites (1 vehicle with multiple tents) are located:

      Along the north side of the upper field Tent Village, just a short walk to the festivities (see event map)

      The RVs and Pull-Behind Camper Sites are located:

      1. Along the south side of the upper field Tent Village (see event map)
      2. Along the west side of the access road heading towards the upper field 

      Directions for Premier Camping Pass holders:

      1. Pull vehicle into Premier Tent/RV Site
      2. Face all vehicles towards the exit road
      3. Keep road access clear at all times

      Pass includes access to portable restrooms and the potable water spigot outside the Lodge

      NOTE: No RV hookups available. As a precaution, due to extreme fire danger, the use of generators at Lodge Fest is strictly prohibited.

      1 RV (or 1 vehicle with 2 or more tents) = $60

      Larger setups with additional vehicles require an additional Premier Camping Pass.

      DELUXE Add-on:

      To access Lodge facilities (flush toilets/showers) inside the Main Lodge Buildings, add an additional $10 to the Standard or Premier Camping Pass.

      NOTE: Campers with the Deluxe Add-on Pass must use Shower Room marked as “Showers For Campers Only”.

      NOTE: The Palouse Divide is a Dark Sky Area and sunset is 7:46 pm on August 22nd, 2026, so bring a headlamp to locate your camp spot!

      ALTERNATE CAMPING LOCATIONS

      Late arrival campers may find fewer options available. In that case, campers may need to disperse camp in the National Forest or seek alternative camping locations (see below).

      Dispersed camping is FREE on National Forest Service land beyond Lodge property in undeveloped areas. Follow all USDA Forest Service requirements for dispersed camping and remember to Pack It Out; there is no garbage disposal service in the National Forest!

      NOTE: the Palouse Divide Nordic Ski Club outhouse is available for use at the “Warming Hut Clearing” for Dispersed Campers. See property map for directions.

      NOTE: Giant White Pine Campground located at 47.008849, -116.676905 on Highway 6 is closed for the 2026 season.

      INDOOR ACCOMMODATIONS

      All indoor accommodations for Lodge Fest are now FULL. Please make other arrangements for lodging.
