CAMPING and INDOOR ACCOMODATIONS at LODGE FEST
CAMPING

STANDARD CAMPING PASS
This pass is a budget-friendly option for walk-in tent sites, cars/trucks or small camper vans without accompanying tents at Lodge Fest.
Dimensions: approximately 15’x25′
Walk-in tent sites are located:
1) at the Tent Village in the upper field in the northwest corner of the Lodge property, just a short walk to the festivities, in the area designated for Walk-in Tent sites (see event map)
2) at the Ski Lift Tent Village at the base of the Lookout Cabin at the top of the hill, south of the main event area
3) dispersed walk-in sites within the trees around the Lodge property (outside the main event area of music, activities, and vending); first come/first serve for flat spots
Directions for the Standard Camping Pass:
- Pull vehicle into loading/unloading zone
- Promptly unload gear to claim camp site
- Move vehicle to parking area on slope behind/North of the Main Lodge
- Set up camping area after vehicle has been moved
For cars, trucks, or small camper vans (without a tent), park in area designated as Standard Camping Pass Sites along north side of the Tent Village (see event map)
Pass includes access to portable restrooms and the potable water spigot outside the Lodge

Larger setups with additional tents require the Premier Camping Pass (see below).
PREMIER CAMPING PASS
This pass offers extra space for RVs, Pull-Behind Campers, and larger groups with more than one tent.

Dimensions: approximately 20’x35′
Group Sites (1 vehicle with multiple tents) are located:
1) at the west end of the upper field Tent Village, on the northwest corner of the Lodge property, just a short walk to the festivities, in the area designated for Premier Camping Passes; vehicles may remain at the tent site (see event map)
For RVs and Pull-Behind Campers, sites are located:
1) Along the south side of the upper field Tent Village designated as Premier Camping Pass Sites (see event map)
2) Along both sides of the access road heading towards the upper field
Pass includes access to portable restrooms and the potable water spigot outside the Lodge
NOTE: No RV hookups available; please keep the use of generators to minimum and turned completely off during quiet hours (10pm-6:30am)
1 RV (or 1 vehicle with 2 or more tents) = $60
Larger setups with additional vehicles require an additional Premier Camping Pass.
DELUXE Add-on:
To access Lodge facilities (flush toilets/showers) inside the Main Lodge Buildings, add an additional $10 to the Standard or Premier Camping Pass.
NOTE: Shower Hours for Deluxe Add-on Pass Holders are Saturday: 10pm-midnight and Sunday: 5-7am and 12-2pm ONLY. All other showers times are reserved for Indoor Lodge Guests.
NOTE: Sunset is 8:07pm on August 22nd, 2026; bring a headlamp to locate your camp spot!
HOW TO RESERVE YOUR CAMPING PASS:
Call the Lodge at 208-245-3552 to reserve your preferred Camping Pass. Upon arrival, check the list for your name at the gate and a volunteer will direct you to your designated camping area options.
NOTE: Camping spots are claimed in order of arrival, (first come, first choice). Late arrivals/campers without reservations may find fewer options available. In that case, campers may need to disperse camp in the National Forest.
Dispersed camping is FREE on National Forest Service land beyond Lodge property in undeveloped areas. Follow all USDA Forest Service requirements for dispersed camping and remember to Pack It Out; there is no garbage disposal service in the National Forest!
NOTE: the Palouse Divide Nordic Ski Club outhouse is available for use at the “Warming Hut Clearing” for Dispersed Campers. See property map for directions <link to come>

Gem Country RV Park located at 64061 Highway 3 South, Fernwood, Idaho 83830
Cedar Creek Campground located at 47.050742, -116.288873 on Highway 3
Laird Park Campground located at 1101 Palouse River Road, Harvard, ID 83834 (note: no potable water available for 2026)
NOTE: Giant White Pine Campground located at 47.008849, -116.676905 on Highway 6 is closed for the 2026 season.
INDOOR ACCOMODATIONS
Call the Lodge at 208-245-3552 to reserve one of the limited number of hostel-style, shared room, twin bed accommodations during Lodge Fest.
1 twin bed/1 person = $100
Check with the Lodge about multi-night availability before and after Lodge Fest.
